Saad Dinno, Pharmacist, Owner of Dinno Health

Saad Dinno, RPh, FIACP, FACA

Saad Dinno is a registered pharmacist and co-owner of Acton Pharmacy, Theatre Pharmacy, West Concord Pharmacy and Keyes Drug with his brother Raied Dinno. In this role, he manages the day-to-day operations of each full service pharmacy and ensures the highest standard of quality for all customers. Both Saad and Raied are passionate about providing individualized care to each customer.

Saad is a member of the Massachusetts Independent Pharmacy Association, Massachusetts Pharmacist Association, National Community Pharmacist Association and International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists. He is the past president of the Massachusetts Independent Pharmacy Association and previously served on the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) Advisory Board.

Saad has received numerous awards, including being named the Margaret Bauman Outstanding Medical Professional for his work serving the autism community.

Saad was also named Massachusetts Innovative Pharmacist of the Year, PCCA Pharmacist of the Month and received a Fellowship distinction from the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists. Additionally, Saad serves on Emerson Hospital’s Care Transition Collaborative Committee, the Eliot Community Human Rights Committee, Cardinal Distribution East Advisory Board and the MitoAction Marcel Way Fund Committee. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from MCPHS University.

Raied Dinno, Pharmacist, Owner of Dinno Health

Raied Dinno, RPh

Raied Dinno is a registered pharmacist and co-owner of Acton Pharmacy, Theatre Pharmacy, West Concord Pharmacy and Keyes Drug with his brother, Saad Dinno. In this role, he manages the day-to-day operations of each full service pharmacy and ensures the highest standard of quality for all customers. Both Raied and Saad are passionate about providing individualized care to each customer.

Raied is the president and owner of Dinno Pharmaceuticals, Inc. which developed the pharmacies’ signature diaper rash ointment, Baby Ease, which was trademarked and patented in 2007. He previously served as president of the Massachusetts Independent Pharmacy Association from 2008 to 2009. He currently serves on the board of the Auburndale Community Association.

Raied was named Pharmacist of the Month by the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA). He received his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from MCPHS University, where he is a preceptor for pharmacy students.

Tara Mulligan

Tara Mulligan, PharmD, RPh

Tara Mulligan, pharmacy manager, joined our team at Theatre Pharmacy in 2021.  She earned her Pharm D from Northeastern University.  Tara comes to us with a passion for giving excellent customer service and patient care, as well as over 17 years of retail pharmacy management experience.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, walking, swimming, and baking.  Tara is also currently working on her Integrative Pharmacy Specialist certification.

Taline Kebadjian - pharmacist

Taline Kebadjian, Pharmacist

Taline joined Theatre Pharmacy in 2009.  Prior to joining our team, Taline worked as a staff pharmacist and pharmacy manager at retail chains for a number of years.

Taline is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Pharmacy. She has experience in a variety of pharmacy settings, including hospital (Brigham & Women’s and Cambridge Hospital), Long Term Care, and Managed Care Pharmacy (former Harvard Pilgrim).

Taline is a member and former executive member of the Armenian American Pharmacists’ Association and serves as a volunteer in the Armenian community, including as former chair of her children’s school’s PTO.  She’s experienced in organizing events and fundraising.

Taline also volunteers in her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop, as a cookie coordinator and has volunteered at her son’s middle school as secretary of PTA. During her time off from work, she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Silky Kaur, PharmD, RPh

Silky Kaur, PharmD, RPh

Dr. Kaur is a clinical pharmacist who joined the Dinno Health team in August 2021. She is a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate from MCPHS University-Boston and completed her community-based postgraduate residency through Walgreens & MCPHS University. Her training focused on medication therapy management (MTM), ambulatory care practice, specialty pharmacy, and academia. Silky is also working towards her MBA in Healthcare Management. Her practice interests include delivering enhanced clinical services in the community/outpatient pharmacy setting, diabetes management, and teaching. With her experience in independent pharmacy, she has developed a passion for the profession and enjoys advocating for its practice through her daily work & involvement with various state and national pharmacy organizations.

Silky works across all Dinno Health locations (Acton Pharmacy, Keyes Drug, West Concord Pharmacy, & Theatre Pharmacy) to enhance our clinical services by providing direct patient care, advancing team-based care, and managing services that focus on the patient. In addition to traditional pharmacist duties, she participates in our existing clinical services, such as MTM, care planning, and immunizations. Overtime, Silky is working to develop programs for chronic disease state management and transitions of care services to improve the care of our patients through a value & health outcomes-based practice.

Beth Gardner, Director of Health and Wellness at Dinno Health

Beth Gardner, MS, LE

Beth Gardner, MS, LE is a Certified Lifestyle Educator and the Director of Health and Wellness at Acton Pharmacy, Keyes Drug and West Concord Pharmacy. For more than a decade, Beth has empowered people to make healthier lifestyle choices by collaborating with professionals in the field. She has extensive experience in assisting patients with illness prevention through nutrition, diet, and exercise; the use of diagnostic techniques; lifestyle education; and stress management approaches. Beth is very knowledgeable about vitamins, minerals, and nutraceuticals, and she is available for vitamin, supplement, and nutritional consultations. She is also a Certified Stocking Fitter.

Beth works with patients to create ways to improve diet and overall health as a means for disease and illness prevention. Working with the patient on a one-on-one basis, she builds a plan to a healthier lifestyle and then follows-up with the patient to measure progress toward the health goals established in the plan.
